Life has a way of blindsiding you
When I expected to find you how true
One phone call tore many live into shreds
The voice and the message seemed to ignore the dread
How can someone you spoke to in the morning at 7 15
Have a massive heart attack is this a bad dream
It happened T around 2:30 13 years ago today
Why was the phone call over 7 hours why delay
The message was clear didn’t bother to come to see her now
She ain’t make it you see don’t think about it I’m coming there somehow
We spoke in the morning and she said thatere was something she had to tell me
But her zoomba class group showed up and she said later and hung up on me
I struggled all day and hoped shed call bsck
She checked on my mom and the aud called me about that fact
Calling her got no response on either phone cell or home
I arrived at the hospital and I was shocked at what was in store
The staff at the hospital lacked compassion and more
Her stay at this hospital brought me there by 630 in the morning each day
But one sad morning I realized 2 people wanted her away
From family friends and land more
Little did I know her final day was in store

My sister my best friend the glue that kept the family together all of us and ill never forget.
