Imagine a high rise tech building in Utopia Tiwrr tun by a billionaire and living rent free. Imagine this thing tightening knit community where the residents look out for each other but there’s much more. 

Meet the man behind this building Jameson Z. Conrad as we watch him decide on whether his state of the art building its standing about a few millimetres above 6 ft a personal chef, and two trainers made sure he’s in shape. He’s the co- founded Botor Corporation and is the sole owner now . His assistant and he discuss what has  been done how to get  new cohort if needed and checking in what that might be. 

There are strict rules to follow and Mary Adler is the   Chair Roster Residents Board plus her assistant Helen. They are called as there lived there from when thus high rise placed in Utopia Tower was created called The  Originals the name given ten years building rarely referred to outsiders and strict guidelines to follow living there and  more for a potential resident . The upper most concern is focused around an incoming board meeting that deals Fair Share fees people have yo sign a NBA and Helen meshes sure things are kept confidential. 

Each person that applies to be a resident had to read and memorize the Five Pillars of Harmony handbook and be able to explain it and give a speech why they went to be part of this community. .

Antonio Pagan wants to be a resident but first Mary gives him the handbook and a short version to explain the Five Pillars of Harmony. It’s to be memorized and explained at his induction ceremony. Then two men move into the building and Antonio feels the danger coming.

The conversation in pages 11-13 bring to light the Founder who built this place and next an application from someone who wants a resident taking care of his grandmother.

Mary recites  how in 12 years ago Jameson Z.Conrad  the CEO of Botor Corporation, argued that he thinks public housing projects will prevent from degenerating filth, crime, drug use and despair. He faulted the residents for this. Saying the people in residence were responsible. Looked out for themselves . The founder created this building and named it Utopia expecting perfect environment. Adding in what needs to be signed and what the document is plus plus a handbook with the Pillars and the rules if the handbook. Rules are broken and not punished si he continues and will there  be murders?

Each tenant and one whose son did wrong , Annette is the tenant tragedy hit and her life and history after her husband’s suicide until her son got older and into drugs, shopping worse. Money in ATM son stole what will Mary do?’ But  if he continues she has to banish him. Son needs to take responsibility and Annette needs to take control. Will they cover her rent in the end it’s a harsh reality she needs to face.

More visits talked about her life loss of husband and promised to recheck on Lois who needs care. Navi another couple and their mother one of the Originals and then resident passes leaving 18 year only resident. Willis got married and wife plus disruptive after drugs and beer to roof garden how re will board deal ? Drugs source of his income. Overheard not paying monthly fee and will they help his wife and child? Fear and how will she deal with him? He won’t leave can’t they force him out?

Then Antonio receives from Mary a copy of the Utopia Residents Handbook his name inscribed on the cover. The Fire Pillars of Harmony also detailed building rules. Quite alot to follow and absorb. Antonio is aware he could lose his status in volunteer in company’s product research program. 

How the board can banish a resident and role of the board. Some tell on others and he hopes he safe . Then the ceremony to welcome him into the community and his Nonna proud . Rest of this chapter it’s the welcome party and wait till you envision the ground . Then he and Mildred read the oath and the chapter requires he gives a speech and his words lots of applause . 

Then the danger happens . 

Chapter 7 you are going to wish your building had . Imagine Robots doing your laundry and you only have to pick it up when texted it’s done. Read how it works in this chapter. The author expands on the process and Mary and Antonio talk about it plus whatever is down below and just being Mary. Hard to tell her true intentions at this time.

Suicide is painless chapter8 and a mother whose son committed suicide and needed to answer questions for  the police but she knew he had bad friends selling drugs and more. Then his cell phone and anything to help them? Plus apps on his phone and a girl mentioned . Amanda mom has no idea about her. The questions get more in-depth but the texts to someone named J spells out that Troy was over the top for her but rejected. Is she why he jumped? Is it what it seems? But AIs run the laundry what else? Antonio realizes that Troy didn’t write his suicide note . Then the funeral but he’s spared the Crimean is with his grandmother. 

Accidents and murder!

Then the the detectives come and another resident missing in second floor who? Mr. Johnson and Mr. Lazard I disputes why? Enrico and asked about other tenant and Bernard Johnson is dead. Enricos ?

Owner seems complacent yet says residents murdering other ones. His platitudes are not going to solve it and then cohort change no regard for murders.

Then the owner and Bobby what is he going to do about Epbot and what’s happening there?

Things are going to drastically change as the owner and Bobby decide who goes and which residents stay. Murders are bad two deaths and will they keep Mary or until the changes are in place ?

Helen was master of ceremonies and speeches given. Then other thoughts and a disturbing security situation with the Botor technology. Is someone manually directing the CDV?

The rest of the chapter tells why they think the 3 residents were killed and pages 226-228 and a harsh statement to Mary. Santa and presents but last paragraph page 233 how could it happen? Read what this caused and now what will they do as the CDV ‘s were o the lose and attack the residents and the police. This chapter is the reason why they need to believe Antonio that the CDVs are dangerous. 

Where will it go next and who’s doing it?

The new AI system why does it control the Syrians how will they get out when all services are dead?

Is the Founder the reason for these murders and more.?

The events are filled with fear, locked doors dnd no way to get out unless Hector can get to  systems in the basement and wait until you see the outcome and but Bobby now could not get into the area the Mark 2 will Bobby save the day?

The next shooters will keep them running and hoping to shut down the systems and what happens is tragic in a serious way.Is thus the demise of the building? Stories told events related in many different ways by the residents and others but will Botor give promised safeguards and what about Enrico?

The last chapter you’ll have to read for yourself and what’s the fate of the Building? The author created a unique plot that makes you wonder if this might not be true nonfiction!

An ending that will surprise readers and loyalties unconditionally but would you want to live in this Building either so many rules? Is the danger over?
