13 year old Felix is about to embark on an unexpected adventure and meet some strange things. Seeing a green glow outside the front door and he sprinted after it! But Felix is smart and always has tucked beneath his vest his precious pencils. Rare observations into the notepad first. Living in a tree fort and getting back up there would he transfer the into his proper journals.
Gilly is looking for him and reminding him it’s chocolate day. Footsteps and here is where it gets strange as a shadow appears and counting down and record don’t react !
Spinachi is the name of where lives and a girl stood before him and where did she come from and Ninja is her name and page 8 last paragraph describes her. Hear their conversation and get to know her and taking steps closer to hear Prattle the head of the orphanage called the Wayward -Amok Orphanage . Gillis’s gang calls her Prattle-punch. It gets more involved as Felix teams with Ninja snd we hear Cookie hoping to bring something tithe young dentist doctor in Prattles office talking about tooth decay and gum
Inflammation. Dr. Pearl is his name and it gets more unusual as Prattle sees Felix snd Ninja Pearl checks then Fort
cavities and poor Will new position has to distribute the chocolate and it gets more odd . The chocolate was bitter and Felix now reflected on the evening chocolate Cookie and her words, Will who could care less about these orphans and an orphanage not soundly run and off reflections. Ninja is smart a shadowy figure who is smart and does not back down thus is just beginning before they keen what is about to happen to the town of Tub.
Then events escalated and things got off and Gilly wanted the chocolate and the air is filled with mist. Chapter 4 Ninja and roof tiles and odd argument chapter 5 who was threatened and what was supposed to be done why?
Chapter 6 the preview and inside Gilly’s room and writing a story about Gilly the cover and will the goons return and they had chocolate to return to kids it’s getting more interesting and wait until Gilly and his entire gang come in like spooked horses . Checkpoint one empty and lamps still on why? Thumps and Ninja comes out of nowhere and moving weird Giily’s voice and his gang after him and Dara points connected like dots forming constellations and who is hurt in Gilly’s room and then who hit Felix?
Chapter 8 events escalated and seeing Prattle and Cookie eating chair legs and both kept on eating ran outside and three dirty/
Who’s there who kid Doc see and water pipes sound louder and Doc collecting specimens and droplets by sprinkler then what was green that moved green glow moved toward them.
Chapter 12 Moo in space and 12 The Great Pretenders . Powerful chapter and running can’t run Felix barely walk and path levels out but staring no one spoke why? Zombies is the correct terminology and air ring again green vapor then Felix lived a stem green residue. Spinach looked green but what did he see ? Physical surfaces in water are they same color as tow peoples eyes?

The next chapters still focus on the green substance and The Swap plus grab who ficus Docs head lolled then Caged Advice, who and what are the Noctiuna? The hive mine is important but without a connection the hive mind collapses. Darker chocolate more protection.
Ninja had a conversation with the mayor then went to Dr.Pearl’s office then raised her hand few feet from entrance Wooden.Chocolate covered front steps and dour frame. Inside dark once again prints , expensive shoes and then the office is described why?
All in place too perfect Foc guarded the door ✉️Single sheet paper : 2 Barrels payment due 90 days from delivery. Ni return address . Then same as before Pearl is the key and at orphanage what evidence?
Was Pearl hiding in the orphanage? Then finding him calling him the mapmaker. Felix would love to learn mapmaking from him but there’s a more pressing issue and read this chapter 23 and why is Gilly pointing to the furniture? Once again chocolate and then Pearl.
The damage to the town you have read for yourself as Miss Tattler rattle’s head a glowing green chicken. Odd things about different animals and the chicken, the horse that barked and other animals doing odd things and each one glowed sickly green. Read the rest of chapter 24 and watch the horror unwind plus Dr.Pearl page 207 picture it. Then confronting him hear his answers did not believe what they told him he did?Hear what he claimed happened to him and find out after you read the chapter then the Mayor what does the mayor decide? Then why name them Felix and then rest household byproducts? But there is much more pages 215-218 and Ninja knew somewhere in Bloomnesia was her past.
Read the final chapter 25 and decide where all of them wind up plus the last pages and what someone gives Felix and understand it’s not over more to come.
Told through the vices of Felix and Ninja Zombie Zoo has more for us but what exactly does the author have planned?
Ninja and Felix will they survive the next?
